THE MAIN PROJECT CHARACTERISTICS

Implementation of the project “Creating favourable conditions for development of recreation area “Promenade “Tagil Lagoon”, II stage” is aimed at providing conditions for improving citizens’ life quality due to recreation and tourism infrastructure development, increase in city investment attractiveness.

The following is provided within the project:

• Establishment of sports, active, culture-related tourism facility “ENERGY PARK”;

• Performance of engineering works on bank stabilization of Tagil pond embankment;

• Construction of tourism infrastructure facilities (proposal for investors):

•  Cafe (30 seats) with rental store.

Basic facilities of “ENERGY PARK”:

• Go-cart track;

• Longboard ground;

• Playground for launching radio-controlled models of aircraft;

• Pool for launching radio-controlled models of ships;

• Playground for launching missiles;

• Playground for placing weight machines;

• Observation platforms;

• Recreation playgrounds.

EXPECTED PROJECT OUTPUT

Implementation of this investment project will provide infrastructure of high quality, create conditions for urban population recreation, including as an original format for family recreation, and provide the park resource in the sphere of domestic tourism development, especially in the area of celebrations, festivals and sports events, that is a necessary condition to improve investment attractiveness of the city, development of small and medium business, formation of partnership with private business.
