THE MAIN PROJECT CHARACTERISTICS
Technology of biological sewage treatment used at BTP of Tagil Khimpark belongs to innovative, low-waste and energy-saving technologies.
The process implemented in this project is a balanced eco-biological system, the control algorithm of which is embedded in the automatic process control system.
PROJECT OUTPUT
The technology allows to carry out the cleaning process without accumulation of excess active sludge and, consequently, emissions into the air of harmful substances.
Due to this, it was possible to achieve:
lack of equipment for processing the sediment of excess active sludge;
absence of silt maps;
reduction of energy consumption for sewage treatment by 45%;
reduction of size of the sanitary protection zone OS by10 times - up to 20 m;
complete automation of the process of sewage treatment management.
